Thoughts - 11. The seed we sow

Every word, a seed we throw,
Into the fields where young hearts grow.
Every glance, a lesson taught,
Every silence, a battle fought.

The soil is soft, the roots take hold,
Their future stories yet untold.
But the seeds we sow, with care or haste,
Will bloom in time or go to waste.

The seeds we sow, the world they’ll know,
In their laughter, in their woe.
What we plant is what will rise,
Reflected back through their eyes.

Teach them kindness, teach them grace,
Show them love in every space.
But if we plant the thorns of hate,
They’ll grow a world we’ll learn too late.

The smallest acts, the things we say,
Shape tomorrow’s brighter day.
Or leave the fields in barren dust,
A mirror of our broken trust.

The seeds we sow, the love we show,
Will shape the world, will help it grow.
What we plant is what will rise,
A future bright in their eyes.

Every word, a seed we throw,
Into the hearts where hope can grow.

The seeds we sow, with care or haste,
Will bloom in time or go to waste.
